Reverse Optic Capture (ROC): While there are no long-term studies on refractive outcomes with reverse optic capture, most literature suggests a small myopic shift can be expected but adjustment to IOL power is generally not recommended (Weiner et al., Lee et al., Carifi, Gimbel and Amritanand, Devgan).
